Terms & Conditions
- A cleared deposit will be required prior to ordering any materials for works being undertaken by ourselves. Percentage to be agreed with the customer and put in writing OR email.
- Payment must be made upon completion of all works unless agreed prior to works being carried out (upto a maximum of 30 days from date of invoice)
- Cancelling of any works made by the customer after us having made an order of materials will incur cancellation fees on the materials from the supplier (upto
25% of the value of the materials) This will be deducted from the
agreed deposit given at the beginning of works as per the agreement made
in the original works order confirmation letter OR email.
- All work is guaranteed with a 12 month warranty from us, when installed with ALL correct sub-floor preperation. If the customer wishes us to carry out works on an unsuitable sub-floor, an agreement is to be made before the starting of any works, that the customer will take FULL responsibility for it, and we will not be held responsible should the flooring be affected in any way within or beyond the 12 month period.
